I’ve always loved marketing because it sits at the intersection of creativity and strategy—solving problems, telling stories, tracking data, and constantly refining what works. I built my career leading marketing strategy for global design firms, where I learned how to leverage design, content, and strategy to create marketing that resonates. After more than a decade, I felt inspired to take on a new challenge and focus my skills on the kinds of businesses I connect with most—brands that value creativity, community, and a little adventure.

That’s what led me to start Sturdy Ground, a marketing service based in Basalt, Colorado but available to work with small businesses across the country. Whether it’s building a clear strategy, creating standout content, or helping you understand what the data is really telling you, my goal is to make your marketing more effective and more authentic.

When I’m not working, you can find me outside hiking, fly fishing, mountain biking, camping, snowboarding, or exploring the backroads of western Colorado with my wife and son.
